We are seeking someone how would like to be our new Credit Analyst / Underwriter . Our client base are mostly SME businesses, so you’ll be comfortable dealing with fairly transactional clients who prefer to move quickly. We're small, so the no real hierarchy or reporting lines - just get on with the things you enjoy the most = issuing credit and lending responsibly to clients

This role requires you to assist with all risk and credit related functions and you'll enjoy the freedom to expand out your role, if you like.

Main responsibilities;

Reviewing bank statements and credit reports.
Managing the credit underwriting process by verifying data, reviewing financials, analysing credit reports and investigating businesses that require a closer look Producing recommendations on complex and high-value transactions
Assessing unsecured credit applications from very small to large customers
Working with the technology teams to help improve our process, platform and customer experience
