HVAC Estimator

Estimate costs of construction projects, working with contractors, suppliers and consultants to provide the most cost effective planning that meets high quality standards, and implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiencies. Understand and embrace the Lumacon Vision and Values by demonstrating the values through interaction with team and stakeholders.

• Thorough study of the Quote/Tender scope and requirements  
• Make contact with different suppliers, and compare price, quality, etc and populate   
• Timeously and accurately prepare quotes/ tenders/proposals 
• Getting the best price that will win the contract in a competitive bidding situation, while ensuring that the contract can be carried out profitably. 
• Familiarise self with and compile various Compliance and Functionality Requirements  
• Weekly / monthly reporting to management on Tenders/Quotes Submitted 

• Estimating/QS qualification
• 4+ years estimating/ quantity surveying experience in HVACR is preferred
• Drivers license is beneficial
