Position Overview: As a Surveillance/Security Officer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the security and integrity of our gaming activities and premises. Working in our cutting-edge surveillance facilities, you'll monitor live gaming sessions, detect, and prevent fraudulent behaviour, and uphold regulatory standards to protect our players and company interests.

Preference will be given to female applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live gaming activities using advanced surveillance technology.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Gather evidence and prepare detailed reports on surveillance findings.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with gaming floor staff and management.

      Qualifications

      Qualifications:

      • Previous CCTV monitoring experience or Control Room experience
      • Computer literate especially Microsoft Office Software
      • Health and Safety Qulaification and experience

      Skills and Abilities:

      • Proficiency in surveillance techniques and equipment operation.
      • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
      • Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with colleagues.
      • Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus during extended surveillance sessions.
      • Report writing
