Job Description
PowerPlay Global, South Africa’s first live gaming studio, is looking for a Studio Training Manager to lead our training academy! If you’re passionate about developing talent, driving excellence, and shaping the future of live gaming, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement engaging training programs for live studio presenters and pit bosses
- Ensure presenters master game rules, dealing techniques, and performance standards
- Oversee onboarding, assessments, and certification of new staff
- Utilise e-learning tools and modern training techniques
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to align training with business goals
- Continuously improve training materials to enhance learning retention
Qualifications
What You Need:
- At least 3 years of training experience in a structured, outcomes-based environment
- Strong leadership & facilitation skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent
- Knowledge of casino games is advantageous Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
