Luckie has an exciting position open for highly motivated, detail-oriented, entry-level Business Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks related to digital (typically, web development) project requirements as well as support account management, project management and development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

 Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitate joint application development sessions with business partners and system developers
• Elicit and analyze business requirements and provide clear and concise documentation for business owners
• Document functional and technical design documents for development and QA teams
• Create use-case diagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other industry-standard documents using UML standards
• Understand and document as-is and to-be state of systems or applications
• Develop and execute test scripts
• Assist with user acceptance testing
• Assist in preparation of user training materials and communications

Years of Relevant Experience

• 0-1 year with preference given to real-world work experience related to analysis or development.

• An undergraduate college degree with preference to individuals with degrees associated with Information Technology or Computer Science
• Competent knowledge of one or more of the following: SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methodologies, elicitation/analysis techniques, programming and database management systems 
• Strong ownership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask across multiple projects
• Proactive, positive, team-player attitude
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and processes quickly
