PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (Print Production and External Print Traffic)

Job Description

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Help to bring creative ideas to life with traditional & non-traditional deliverables
    • Miscellaneous print collateral; digital executions; branded miscellaneous promo items
  • Collaborate with & maintain relationship with various third-party vendors
  • Oversee quality control on most client creative executions
  • Production works in tandem with the creative team to determine any special processes, needs, project description, estimates & etc.
  • Production reviews
    • Review to ensure client request and/or changes are made appropriately & within brand guidelines
    •  Ensure creative meets production standards based on print vendor or publication requirements/specifications as well as within client brand guidelines
    • Review all final art files before releasing to vendors to ensure accuracy & within project/estimate scope
  • Manage clients’ external print traffic
    • Manage clients’ print media deliverables
    • Collaborate with SE/PM teams on print ad requests for clients
    • Work closely with designers & request resizes to publication specs; review & traffic resizes to publications
    • Collaborate with & maintain relationships with various publications (ad specs, due dates, etc.)
    • Collaborate with & maintain relationships with media partner agencies
    • Assist with broadcast traffic coordination
  • Luckie Art Buyer
    • Work with stock houses to maintain agency relationship & manage our corporate accounts with stock houses
    • Price, purchase and usage management of stock assets (illustrations, stills, video & audio)
    •  Help to maintain client provided assets and manage clients’ stock assets with internal teams

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal

• Solid writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines

• Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent print production and external traffic experience
  • Familiarity with print media
  • Prior agency experience a plus
  • Basic Office and Adobe Creative Suite PC/Mac experience required
