Job Description

FULL-TIME

We are currently seeking a scheduler that is able to deliver a positive customer service experience to clients and staff! The ideal candidate has a positive, can do attitude, exceptional organizational and communication skills. We are looking for a professional that can maintain a high degree of confidentiality and help support program directors, staff and clients.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining up-to-date client and staff scheduling for Orange County Region ( scheduling appointments, cancellations, time off requests, etc.)
  • Provides an outstanding customer service experience to staff members and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a high volume of phone calls and scheduling changes
  • Ability to update and manage client and staff schedules in an efficient, timely manner
  • Effectively work with multiple departments to troubleshoot client and staff issues, anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a scheduling role
  • Minimum education: high school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and team oriented
  • Superior communication skills ( written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding customer relations and proper phone etiquette
  • High energy and high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Central Reach, a plus!
  • REQUIRED: Vietnamese Speaking

The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications
