Job Description

  • Manage all maintenance and reliability activities within Lampung Plant to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
  • Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and asset performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, reliability improvement initiatives, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement programs.
  • Lead automation and digitalization initiatives, including PLC, SCADA, DCS, and Industrial IoT applications, to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
  • Identify and implement automation and robotic solutions to improve productivity, reduce manual intervention, and support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, CAPEX projects, contractors, and spare parts to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and corporate standards while fostering a strong safety and reliability culture.
  • Develop maintenance team capabilities through coaching, training, and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related major. Automation Engineering would be preferred
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing/process industries with at least 5 years in a managerial position, preferably in edible oil, biodiesel, chemical, refinery, or FMCG industries.
  3. Strong experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, asset management, and continuous improvement.
  4. Professional certifications such as CMRP, CRL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Asset Management certifications will be an advantage.
  5. Hands-on experience in automation systems, PLC, SCADA, DCS, Industrial IoT, and digital maintenance solutions.
  6. Knowledge of robotics, smart manufacturing, predictive maintenance, and Industry 4.0 applications is highly preferred.
