Job Description
Overall purpose
As a Maintenance Technician, you are jointly responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all technical installations, equipment, and buildings within the terminal. You perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities and actively contribute to the continuity of operational activities.

1) Maintenance Activities
Electro-mechanical maintenance
Electrical systems
Inspections
Instrumentation
Mechanical maintenance
2) Maintenance Planning
Preventive maintenance
Predictive maintenance
Corrective maintenance
3) Administrative and Operational Support
Reporting defects and repair activities in Ultimo
Managing the maintenance department's inventory
Maintaining housekeeping and cleanliness within the workshop and warehouse
4) Overview of Tasks
Repair and overhaul valves and pumps
Resolve day-to-day technical breakdowns and malfunctions
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
Communicate stock replenishment needs to the Maintenance Manager
Ensure the technical management of all machinery and technical installations across the terminal
Manage and oversee terminal buildings and facilities
Maintain and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance tracking lists for vessels
Take initiative in resolving technical issues and supporting technical improvement projects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Profile
You have a strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
You are proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
You can work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and contractors.
You have experience working in an industrial environment and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
You are organized and able to accurately document maintenance activities and follow established procedures.
