Job Description
Contract Life Cycle management:
- Key docs issuance, collection and monitoring: Contract / POA / Whs Receipt of Goods, Guarantee Letter, etc.
- Related with Finance operation: confirmation requests, statement of account, etc.
- Risk control and related reports issuance
Delivery order management:
- Receive delivery order from CP by offline/customer portal, check open ctr, available cash
- Create DR in corresponding system( LKG/Atlas)
- Follow up the DR to outbound whole process, give feedbacks according to DR management rule
Invoicing & Cash management:
- Daily invoice booking
- Daily payment issuing (ensure timely payment processing, match cash paid to invoices, monitor unmatched payments)
- Counterparty balance monitoring to mitigate double payment risk
Inventory management:
- Inbound and outbound data daily reconciliation with customer
- Inventory data management in system and offline
- Reconciliation of 3rd asset’s stock reports and Front office data
- Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks, payment of premium)
Master data management:
- Collect mandatory documents related to Secondary cost counterparty and bank account creations / updates
- Request Counterparty / Bank account creation / update in the global master data tool and follow up on creation
Problem Solving & Required Skills:
- Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant to control business
- Ability to understand and act following process and procedures in an accurate and timely matter
- Ability to work with strict daily deadlines
- Ability to strive for continuous improvement, assist in analyzing operation procedures or new projects
- Ability to provide training to team members
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience:
Professional experience (minimum 5 years) in domestic or international trading environment
Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills:
- Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite)
- English fluent (prerequisite) CET-6
Soft skills:
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take initiatives
- Very good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
