Brief:
Join a dynamic and international Finance team at the heart of EMEA financial reporting and consolidation.
As a Consolidation & Reporting Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, consolidation, and business analysis across the EMEA region. You will work closely with regional and global finance stakeholders, contribute to strategic projects, and support senior management through insightful financial reporting and analysis.
This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise, financial reporting, consolidation, process improvement, and finance transformation initiatives within a multinational environment. You will gain exposure to senior finance leadership, participate in regional and global projects, and contribute to the continuous evolution of reporting processes and systems.
The role is based in Sofia and is part of a collaborative, multicultural, and highly visible team supporting a global organization operating across multiple geographies and business activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Contribute to the monthly EMEA consolidation and reporting processes
- Support the preparation and review of IFRS consolidated financial statements
- Perform financial analysis and ensure the quality and accuracy of reported information
- Provide guidance to regional teams on reporting and accounting matters
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Support
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and management presentations to support decision-making
- Partner with regional and global finance stakeholders to address reporting and business challenges
- Support internal and external audit requests
Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives across reporting activities
- Contribute to the enhancement of consolidation and reporting systems, including OneStream
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the EMEA reporting community
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Act as a trusted partner for reporting users across the organization
- Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the finance community
- Collaborate effectively within a multicultural and international environment
Qualifications
Experience:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, audit, or corporate finance
- Good knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Experience in a multinational environment and/or Big 4 audit firm is a plus
Skills & competencies:
- Understanding of consolidation and reporting processes
- Experience with consolidation tools such as OneStream, SAP BFC, HFM, or similar systems
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Interest in finance transformation, automation, and process improvement
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
Language:
- English - fluent verbal and written
