Job Description
- Support the Management Representative in managing document control procedures and quality records.
- Distribute and maintain quality-related documents related to QMS, Food Safety, SMK3, GMP, and certification systems.
- Control the circulation of quality documents and ensure obsolete documents are properly withdrawn from relevant departments.
- Ensure proper identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention, and disposal of quality documents and records.
- Assist in monitoring departmental quality objectives and maintaining internal and external quality data.
- Support supplier documentation and ensure supplier records are properly maintained.
- Participate as an internal auditor to support compliance and continuous improvement activities.
- Conduct sample analysis related to Quality Department activities, including incoming materials, production, warehouse, and other relevant processes.
- Support material allocation during production, DMB, and shipment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality, document control, or related functions.
- Knowledge of quality standards, preferably related to coffee or food/agriculture industry.
- Good understanding of document control flow and quality record management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
