Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our logistics and execution team by ensuring invoices are reviewed, verified, and processed in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail and effective stakeholder communication.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Review and process logistics and execution invoices
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders
  • Follow up with service providers for updated rate cards
  • Ensure invoices are processed within required timeframes
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

 

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in logistics, accounts payable, or administration
  • Exposure to commodities (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
