Job Description
We are seeking a SHE Business Partner to support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. Working closely with the Country Senior SHE Manager, Operational Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards.
This role will support multiple sites and requires regular travel across LDC assets. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting proactive risk management and continuous improvement in SHE performance.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Support delivery of SHE strategy across allocated sites
- Coach leaders on risk management, incidents and compliance
- Conduct site inspections and internal audits
- Monitor incident and hazard reporting
- Assist with SHE systems, documentation and training
- Drive continuous improvement and close out audit actions
- Report on SHE performance and trends
Essential skills and experience:
- Support delivery of SHE strategy across allocated sites

Qualifications
- Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
- Diploma or higher in WHS (preferred)
- Auditor qualification (desirable)
