Job Description

  • Participate in the design and implementation of end-to-end Finance processes within the global SAP S/4HANA program (BOLD).
  • Act as senior functional lead mainly for Invoicing, Cash Management and Treasury processes for South Latam projects.
  • Work closely with IT teams, system integrators and regional Finance teams throughout all phases of the SAP implementation.
  • Gather, analyze and validate local business requirements, ensuring alignment with the global core model and managing deviations when required.
  • Lead gap analysis between the target SAP model and local business specificities, proposing adaptation roadmaps when needed.
  • Contribute to the design and validation of Finance flows, including non-commercial invoicing, payment processes and integrations with Accounts Payable.
  • Participate actively in testing cycles, UAT, data migration activities, go-live and hypercare support.
  • Support change management activities, including documentation, impact analysis and user training preparation.
  • Serve as a key functional reference for Finance stakeholders, Business Process Owners and key users during the rollout.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Finance Transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in SAP implementation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of core Finance processes (Accounting, Invoicing, Cash Management, Treasury).
  • Experience working in Finance transformation initiatives, either as an internal role or as a consultant.
  • Solid experience working in project-based and international environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge processes and identify improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel and accept temporary relocation during deployment phases.
