Job Description
The Execution Business Process Owner (BPO) participates in the evolution, deployment and stabilization of the Front Office System used in LDC.
The role ensures that operational processes are accurately translated into system functionalities, while maintaining alignment with the Core Model Business Process Mapping and working towards standardization across regions and platforms.
The role requires working collaboratively with several different Functions and teams within the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Business Process Mapping and Core Model Maintenance
- Lead the end‑to‑end mapping of Execution business processes in detailed, structured form (AS‑IS and TO‑BE), ensuring full visibility of operational steps, system interactions, data touchpoints, and control points
- Maintain and enhance the ATLAS MP Core Model (BPML) by integrating validated business workflows and utilize this to ensure process consistency across regions. This includes ensuring that documentation, workflows, and model standards remain current and aligned with the global Trade‑to‑Cash framework and also work on Projects to review and assess the efficiency of the existing processes and solutions
Execution Process Owner
- Represent the execution role in different projects cross-function such as Masterdata management, SAP, Mfiles, Sustainability, Warehouse management, TMS, among others.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify improvement areas and propose process or system enhancements.
- Follow up on incidents, requests, and enhancement opportunities. Communicate changes, new functionalities, and best practices to business users.
- Enable change management amongst users
Ownership & Ways of Working
- Ensure coherence between regions and adherence to the BPML (Core model Process Map)
- Collaborate closely with BA’s, Product Owners, and the Development Team in an Agile environment.
- · Build lasting relationships with Stakeholders so as to review their current ways of working and deploy
- potential solutions to their inefficiencies
Experience and skills:
- Understanding of Execution, Trading, and agri‑business flows (strong plus).
- Experience in SAP modules MM, SD is a strong plus
- Familiarity with implementation of ERP or other Front Office Systems (ATLAS MP is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge on Copilot Agents and tools.· Comfortable with Agile concepts (Features, PBIs, Refinement, Demo, Sprint cycles).
- ·Experience in process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, etc.)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Openness to collaboration, continuous feedback, and collective problem solving.
- Ability to work under evolving requirements and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to travel
