We are looking for a Solution/Product Specialist to join the Digital Technology & Analytics team based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role is part of the CRM product team and works together with business stakeholders in the analysis, design and implementation of solutions that respond to business requirements. This position follows a hybrid work model.

It requires experience in applications lifecycle, good analysis capacity and strong communication skills. Knowledge of customer centricity and agro-industrial processes is considered a plus.

The role reports to Regional CRM Solution/Product Manager.

Job Description

  • Contribute to the development of existing and new solutions/products by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
  • Identify, obtain and document project/product/solution requirements using appropriate modeling technique if required. Analyze requirements and validate with original users, eliminating confusion. Define the testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met. Maintain documentation and traceability throughout project.
  • Perform product/solution tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues.
  • Schedule, prepare and animate training sessions.
  • Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward product/solutions defects to maintain fully functioning applications.
  • Maintain road map to facilitate product/solutions evolution and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard.
  • Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
  • Research and suggest technical developments to improve quality of the product/solution and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
  • Implement required security measures to protect product/solution and to notify security experts of any problems.

Qualifications

  • Higher Education in IT, Engineering
  • Fluent english (oral and written) is a must
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business analysis
  • Expertise on agile frameworks
  • Commodity trading domain and market knowledge will be considered a strong plus
  • Previous experience in a client facing role will be considered a plus
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment will be considered a plus
