Job Description

Administration:

  • Assist HR Manager in all vehicles monitoring leased by Company and other admin expenses with the effective cost and correct execution.
  • Maintain and control all meeting rooms in a good shape and clean.
  • Monitor clean service make sure office and pantry areas are clean and organized.
  • Control office stationery with receiving purchase requests from all department, proceed to order, receipt and deliver to each department.
  • Prepare monthly timesheet attendant and send to HRM on time and correctly.
  • Support all requirements related to seminars, company events, year-end party, and team building.
  • Manage Company’s license.
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Manager;

Reception:

  • Receiving and answering the phone calls from outside
  • Receiving and delivering incoming/outgoing documents with the right person and right department.
  • Welcoming Guest/Visitors and prepare all related things to them like water/ coffee, PPE and food if any.
  • Daily deliver the pass gate documents to Driver and ensure the correct and full signature on this.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from College/University
  • At least 2 years of experience or training in a related field.
  • Fair, progressive, high sense of responsibility, good service awareness, and reliable.
  • Office computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Communication, presentation, and document drafting skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
