Its primary services are; Information Security Checkups such as Internet-Intranet Penetration Tests, Gap Analysis of worldwide best practices like COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 20000, related consultancy and data protection projects also Employee Security Awareness Methodology training.

Lostar consultants, who are well trained and experienced, create the optimal-cost solutions for their customers by paying attention to technical and commercial needs. Lostar has three offices in 3 different cities: Istanbul, London, and Sakarya.

We are looking for our new teammate who will join us in the role of Business Development!

This is an individual contributor role – not a people manager role!

Job Description

What are you going to do when you join our team?

  • Expanding the pool of potential customers using the LinkedIn account
  • Managing email and LinkedIn message campaigns
  • Reaching out to potential customers via LinkedIn, conferences, webinars, e-mail or phone and to organize and schedule meetings
  • Conducting client discovery and qualification meetings and calls
  • Adding the reached out potential customers to the CRM database and update the data
  • Introducing our products and solutions to potential customers, submitting a project proposal
  • Updating promotional presentations and e-mail files
  • Keeping track of the sent messages and offers

What do we expect from you?

  • Getting excited about everything related to customer & partner acquisition
  • Keeping the CRM database up to date
  • Working with weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with targets
  • Being proactive, taking action spontaneously
  • Having knowledge on Linkedin Sales Navigator, CRM, Dux-Soup, Hunter.io, MailChimp, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Bringing suggestions and solutions that improve the business
  • Being a researcher, improving yourself and applying your learnings to your job
  • Following up your daily tasks, having work discipline (not skipping the steps of the processes, taking action on time, etc.)
  • Being enthusiastic to work in a startup environment
  • Being fluent in written and oral English communication

Qualifications

  • University graduate or senior student who will graduate in a few weeks
  • Written, oral English
  • Turkish citizen or existing Turkish working permit
  • Ability to perform work expectations (please see above)
