since we launched in 2016, our journey has been an exciting one. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our enterprise customers and managing all of their post-sale experiences. You will bring strong relationship-building experience, product knowledge, organizational skills, as well as a high degree of empathy to ensure the customer's satisfaction with our services.

What you will be doing
Participation within client pre-sales meetings, working with our Account Managers and Business Development Teams towards presenting and closing new business with qualified leads and existing customers.
Leading/Participating in the implementation of Infrastructure, Container and Cloud Native solutions.
Managing assigned projects resources to be on-time and on budget
Assuring timely and accurate communication with our clients, sales and engineering teams and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and work towards their stated goals
Manage customer feedback and product needs by providing feature requests to our internal teams
Transfer the company goals to project goals and ensure it fits to our overall mission
What you bring with you
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Enjoys learning and interacting with client businesses and staff.
Basic understanding of container and cloud native
Curiosity to learn about the new solution.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
You value pragmatism and result-oriented team and project work
Fluent English, German is a plus
You are willing to travel
