Responsibilities:

· Solve problems relating to mission critical services and build automation to prevent problem occurrence (or recurrence); with the goal of automating response to all non-exception service conditions

· Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Experience with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis and software design

· Good understanding of the Spring Framework (beyond Spring Core Container and Web modules)

· MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

· Good understanding of JavaScript languages and V8 Engine

· Familiarity with running web services at scale (Tomcat, AWS, CloudFoundry); understanding of Unix systems internals and networking

· Networking: knowledge and understanding of network theory, such as different protocols (TCP/ID, UDP, ICMP, etc.), IP packets, DNS, OSI layers, and load balancing
