Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and analytically driven Marketing Strategy & Analytics Lead to serve as a key advisor to Marketing leadership. This role is focused on delivering actionable insights, building predictive models, and developing advanced attribution frameworks that directly inform marketing investment decisions and drive revenue growth.

This individual will operate as a thought partner to Marketing and Sales, translating complex data into clear business strategies with a focus on insight generation, forecasting, and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting a sales-driven organization within the financial services or mortgage industry and has a strong foundation in statistical modeling, marketing analytics, and emerging AI-driven methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Marketing leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
  • Translate marketing performance data into clear, actionable insights that influence budget allocation and campaign strategy.
  • Develop and enhance predictive models (e.g., lead scoring, response modeling, conversion forecasting, customer segmentation) in collaboration with BI team.
  • Build and evolve multi-touch attribution frameworks to better understand marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the marketing and sales funnel, including pipeline performance and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and BI teams to align insights with broader business objectives and growth targets.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics techniques to improve targeting, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
  • Work closely with reporting/BI teams to ensure insights are grounded in accurate and reliable data (without owning dashboard or data infrastructure development).

 

 

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, advanced analytics, or revenue strategy.
  • Experience supporting a sales-driven organization within financial services or the mortgage industry.
  • Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and marketing measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with R, Python, or similar statistical/programming tools.
  • Demonstrated experience building attribution models and forecasting frameworks.
  • Experience applying or integrating AI/ML techniques into marketing analysis or decision-making.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred:

  • Experience in mortgage lending, consumer finance, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing data ecosystems (working knowledge, not ownership).
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality testing).
  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

  • Target base salary range is 160-170K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
  • In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via annual bonus that is based on individual performance and company performaance
