Job Description

Longbridge Financial is seeking experienced Licensed Field Sales Loan Officers. Experienced professionals originating 2 or more loans a month working in their respective local communities to identify and educate homeowners as well as their trusted advisors to expand the reverse mortgage outreach. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & build a supportive referral network within the local market
  • Educate with consistent follow up in order to identify opportunities
  • Work with homeowners and referral partners to provide a more secure retirement utilizing the HECM or Reverse Mortgage Program
  • Follow up on leads, self-generated and company opportunities
  • Interview clients to identify future goals
  • Collect financial information & guide through the application process
  • Interact in a professional manner

 

 

Qualifications

  • Maintain valid NMLS licensing
  • Reliability, honesty and integrity
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Working knowledge of computer and multiple technologies
  • Problem solving and high communication skill
  • Valid driver's license
