Assist in month-end closing procedures

Preparation of bank recs and account reconciliation

Entry of transactions in the general ledger system

Entry of invoices in general ledger system for payment

Maintain/organize vendor files

Ad hoc reporting as needed

Accounting degree

1-2 years’ accounting experience

Strong demonstrated reconciliation experience

Excel proficiency must include vlookups and pivot tables

Ability to aggregate raw data from several disparate sources and summarize/reconcile for audit purposes
