Job Description

Longbow is looking for a Demand Generation, Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The Demand Generation, Marketing Manager will work closely with sales to analyze, design and plan integrated demand generation campaigns that reach all identified personas to create a pipeline. The Demand Generation, Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing and maintaining optimal lead flows, campaign performance tracking and delivery of sales enablement. Additional Responsibilities of the Demand Generation, Marketing Manager include:

·        Develop and execute demand generation strategy with a goal of driving qualified marketing pipeline and growth through a portfolio of programs including SEM, display/retargeting, webinars, content syndication, PPL programs, 3rd party sponsorships, tradeshows/events, and lead nurture programs.

·        Manage and work with SEM agencies and contractors to drive quality leads at scale and optimize website against target keywords.

·        Partner with Product Marketing to develop a content strategy and create content-driven campaigns mapped to key personas and buying cycle.

·        Partner with Sales to determine lead quality, drive quality pipeline, and align on target ABM verticals and accounts. Develop and iterate on ABM framework to build ABM program from content and campaigns to close.

·        Enhance marketing automation understanding across the business, with emphasis on lead nurturing, lead prioritization, lead routing, and driving funnel stage progression.

·        Provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to sales pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration.

·        Present marketing, sales and business leaders with analysis for marketing investments and pipeline impact.

·        Create and analyze sales and marketing KPI’s to measure campaign performance.

·        Reconcile all marketing tactics to the marketing budget and manage initiatives to maximize the ROI.

·        Troubleshoot and prioritize issues with the lead management process and integration with marketing automation platforms.

·        Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans for targeted accounts and report on the pipeline of campaign performance, especially for Enterprise accounts.

·        Make program improvement recommendations, then execute and test programs.

·        Coordinate execution with internal digital platform owners including Salesforce, HubSpot, Social, Website and more; suggest new MarTech tools as needed.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing /Communications or related field of study preferred (or in progress)

·        5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, specifically lead generation, marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Eloqua and Marketo) and strategies

·        Passionate about Full Funnel Marketing and optimizing the prospects’ experience across all channels and mediums

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Detail-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed; able to manage time and meet deadlines for concurrent projects/assignments in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Knowledge in JDA/Red Prairie or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, WFM, TMS) both as functional and technical analyst is  a PLUS.
