Job Description

Responsibilities

Work with users and analysts to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.

Work with application vendors on function support issues and roadmaps.

Work with customers on automation opportunities to consult, design, develop, and/or support solutions using RPA and potentially other technologies.

Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the initiatives across multiple teams. Help to drive the standardization of business process across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education.

Experience with operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, Linux) and basic networking

Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts.

Knowledge and ability to create technical solutions for process automations

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.

Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum.
