Job Description

Log(n)/Mismo is growing our Recruiting team! We are looking to quickly scale our technical team and build/maintain an amazing technical candidate pipeline, and we need our Technical Recruiter to own these responsibilities in addition to playing a key role in streamlining our recruiting and hiring processes.

This new role will be responsible for the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates to assisting with onboarding new hires. Recruiting techniques should include both internal and external sourcing and headhunting to fill open roles within the outlined time-to-hire goal. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for managing all data analytics for the recruiting process as well as headcount metrics and reporting.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute all facets of the recruiting lifecycle including partnering with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, actively sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and measuring and reporting the effectiveness of our recruiting processes.

  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.

  • Manage and track our internal employee referral bonus program.

  • Develop and track metrics of the recruiting and hiring processes so that all pieces are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.

  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

  • Manage the hiring process in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters.

  • Perform candidate reference and background checks.

  • Make candidate recommendations to customers

  • Schedule interviews with candidates and customers, and setup systems to ensure that they are able to connect without issues.

  • Timely follow-up on the interview process status with candidates and customers

  • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process.

  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and employment laws.

  • Conduct periodic check-ins with new hires to ensure successful onboarding.

  • Administrative duties and recordkeeping.



  • You have 4+ years experience in technical sourcing and recruiting.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • You’re friendly, with above average communication skills (both written and oral), and have excellent English language proficiency.

  • You love networking and connecting with people.

  • You’re fluent in Google Docs, Dropbox, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and tech doesn’t scare you.

  • You’re incredibly organized.

  • You have general knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
