As Project Manager, you will support consultants to ensure quality delivery execution and foster professional growth within the project team. 

About you 

• You have experience in end-to-end delivery of custom and packaged technology solutions.  
• You are comfortable managing scope, schedule, and team and understand constraints related to each.
• You have experience working with Agile methodologies.
• You can act as a liaison between developers and business stakeholders. 
• You can mentor junior resources to help them grow as professionals and future leaders.
• You have experience in compliance and quality assurance regarding various delivery phases (e.g. estimation and scope planning, design and code reviews, test plan development, triage, various testing stages, formal reviews, and signoffs).

• 5+ years of experience in a technical project manager role. 
• Experiencing delivering technical solutions, end to end (design to go live). 
• Experience leading no code/low code integration projects, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics. 
• Experience creating business requirement documents (BRD). 
• Strong understanding of and experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum), 
• Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc. 
• Experience in the media or advertising industry or supporting a media or marketing organization. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Scrum master (CSM or PSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 
• Experience in the software development industry or at a Big 4/8 consulting firm. 

Texas State base compensation range: $135,000 - 145,000, dependent on experience.
