As a Project Manager on the Logic20/20 team, you’ll drive programs, solutions, and operational initiatives from concept to launch in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment. You’ll leverage strategic frameworks and methodologies to scope and plan key client initiatives, lead meetings, and cultivate stakeholder involvement. About the team 

The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that propel businesses towards a goal—whether that’s accelerated growth, a better customer experience, or happier employees. We work with a diverse team of consultants and project managers to make a difference in how companies strategize, streamline operations, reengineer processes, protect customer privacy, drive cultural change, and go to market. Our solutions empower clients with strategic changes that set them apart and move them forward.  

About you 

• You have experience in structured professional services organizations 

• You’re gifted with an entrepreneurial flair 

• You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within midsize-to-large organizations, utilizing disparate tools and methodologies 

• You have a solid track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients 

• You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business 

• You’re a natural leader, able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skills 

• 3+ years of project management experience at a large enterprise technology company

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Experience dealing with ambiguous requests, while able to synthesize information into recommendations across a variety of audiences 

• Strong cross-team collaboration skills 

• Exceptional skills with PowerPoint  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Project Management frameworks 

• Undergraduate degree 

We’d also be super impressed if you have 

• Experience working as a consultant 

• PMP or other project management certification

This is a contract position. Compensation for this position is $33-$55 hourly, dependent on skill set, level of experience, and interview outcomes
