Logic20/20 is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow our “greenfield” Financial Services Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned senior leader to establish Logic20/20's Financial Services presence, develop new business, manage client relationships, and provide hands-on guidance to project teams.

This is a highly visible, influential role entrusted with developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. You’ll channel your entrepreneurial spirit as you use advanced technology to solve business problems and to create a “new” business within the existing business. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to provide mentorship and guidance as you collaborate with your team.

You Will

  • Build relationships and drive revenue with new and existing client business development opportunities for Financial Services with a focus on Commercial Banking
  • Be passionate about the Financial Services industry, enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, and have proven and repeatable experience in the Financial Services space
  • Support the development of business and technical strategy, business case, and implementation plan for Financial Services – Commercial Banking
  • Lead client interviews and facilitate engagement among stakeholders
  • Work with clients to document and/or discover current and future state business processes
  • Support proposal evaluation, selection process, statement of work development, and vendor contract negotiation for Financial Services clients
  • Transfer knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels
  • Be responsible for cultivating new and existing client business development opportunities for the Financial Services Practice with a focus on Commercial Banking
  • Contribute to the business development process as a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Have a visible presence in relevant professional organizations, have published thought leadership, and have an active voice in your local market
  • Collaborate, have a disciplined focus with the ability to lead and motivate a team and attract, develop, and retain talent
  • Manage client engagement for complex, transformational programs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of client-facing consulting experience at a leading consulting firm, with experience growing a practice
  • Ability to lead strategic projects and experience with complex Financial Services business and technical system integrations  
  • Ability to drive revenue through your active professional network to help incubate the new industry for the firm
  • Possess an extensive and active professional network of executive-level contacts nationally
  • Expertise in Financial Services consulting–using next-gen technology to solve complex business problems
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations
  • Experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions with both business and technical focus
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively
  • Passion for mentoring and developing Managers and Consultants
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% per month

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management and/or Business Process Improvement with professional certifications such as Professional Project Manager (PMI-PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or similar
  • Master's degree
