Our rapid growth has created a need for a newly created Contracts Assistant position, reporting to the Chief Contracting Officer. In this position, you be responsible for working with and supporting the Segment Contracting Specialists on a variety of sales contract documents directly with new and existing customers and modify them as the needs of our customers evolve.

Job Description

  • Work with the sales organization to create, modify and execute multiple forms of customer and partner contracts from inception through signature.
  • Create customized contract terms to accommodate sales team and customer requested terms that facilitate adoption of our products.
  • Update in real time Company’s contract database and internal tracking systems at all stages of a customer relationship.
  • Effectively co-manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to ensure on-time processing and maintenance of the database.
  • Develop key relationships with business area stakeholders including procurement, legal and operations reviewing contract terms and conditions both independently and in partnership with the Segment Manager and Sales personnel as appropriate.
  • Communicate relevant contract content to departmental stakeholders who are responsible for fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, law, or related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in contract production and relevant systems.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.  
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to effectively serve multiple contracting projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Demonstrate high standards to the core values and moral principles of the business.
