Job Description
Locus Robotics is seeking a Solutions Technical Trainer to provide ownership and execution of internal training on Locus’s solutions and services. This dynamic new role will design and deliver direct instruction and produce train-the-trainer programming to globally onboard new hires at various levels and provide continuing product education across company. This is not an external client-facing role, this role will be providing designed deliverables to internal business partners.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Learning & Development, the Solutions Technical Trainer will develop and deliver onsite and virtual programming and materials to train employees on Locus solutions. This includes onboarding and go-to-market readiness across multiple global operations units. Deliverables will span products/services, processes, and tools.
This position can be remote with an expectation to travel to Locus Robotics headquarters in Wilmington, MA and offices abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Management, Customer Success and departmental leadership to identify, assess, and track training needs to support new hires and existing employee’s continuing Locus solution education needs.
- Develop and deliver competency-driven onsite and virtual hybrid Locus solution training to internal audiences.
- Develop and deliver launch and go-to-market readiness training for internal audiences.
- Curate and socialize existing and new internal training resources.
- Evaluate and iterate based on data-driven program and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Preference having worked in technical company environments.
- Proven track record of delivering technical learning opportunities to employees on a continuously evolving product suite.
- Create Tech Decks, Simulations, Digital Video illustrations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid workplace environment and communicate with cultural sensitivity among internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Attention to learner experience, learner satisfaction, and analytical thinking.
- Entrepreneurial, ownership mindset and integrity.
- Exceptional communication and training deliverable design skills.
