The Healthcare Account Executive allows Locumtenes.com to better serve our clients. This role is dedicated to increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction through account management. The Healthcare Account Executive will support one of our medical specialty divisions and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and systems to ensure client contracts are executed in order to place providers in client facilities. The Healthcare Account Executive will focus on territory development and management. The Healthcare Account Executive will maintain good relationships with groups across the company including recruiting team members and support associates, as well as attend meetings and complete reports as requested. The Healthcare Account Executive also assumes responsibility for the planning and attaining of an effective budget consistent with team as well as personal goals.
Job Description
The Recruiting Account Representatives generates recruiting leads for Account Executives by placing outbound telephone calls to physicians using the company database. Recruiting Account Representatives also contact physicians to qualify them and match them based on their availability and skills to current open orders.
In addition, this role:
• Updates and verifies information in the company database on a consistent basis with pertinent information such as license board certifications, and contact information
• Collaboratively works with assigned Account Executives to assist with business development of their territories to maximize opportunities and generate activity with physicians
• Researches internet job boards and postings to find potential candidates and contacts them to convert into potential revenue
• Contacts new physicians upon registering on the LocumTenens.com website
• Achieves/exceeds monthly goals and targets by prospecting for new physicians
• Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow ups
• Maintains and develops new and existing physician relationships
• Sends appropriate targeted marketing materials to physicians and follows up appropriately
• Follows up with physicians on a regular basis to ensure their customer satisfaction
• Covers for Account Executives as needed
Qualifications
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of staffing, recruiting, or consultative B2B sales skills preferred but not required
• Cold calling or call center environment experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and results oriented Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Stable employment history
• Verifiable employment references from previous managers
