We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager who will take full ownership of our global material flow. You’ll make sure every component and product is where it needs to be — in the right quantity, at the right moment — so we can keep our 24-hour delivery promise to customers.

You’ll report directly to the COO and play a key role in driving operational excellence, alignment, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of the global material flow within Locinox.

• Ensure timely availability of materials for production and guarantee our 24h delivery service.

• Manage stock monitoring and analysis (MRP) for Waregem and international locations.

• Lead and optimize the S&OP process across the business.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Production, and other Supply Chain Managers.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity and reliability.

• Drive cross-functional communication, clarity, and alignment to support our business goals.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or a related field
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• A critical thinker who enjoys improving processes and driving efficiency
• Able to guide others, giving them space to grow in their roles
