Loanwise financial LLC is expanding our operations team at our Maitland, FL headquarters. We are adding experienced Underwriters to meet existing and future business needs. In this role you your focus will be underwriting conventional mortgage loans and effectively communicate all lending decisions to your appropriate team mates. 

What You’ll Do:

No big surprises here. While things move quickly and no two days are the same, for the most part you will:

• Complete thorough analyses of mortgage loan files to determine compliance with agency, company and investor guidelines
• Communicate with Processors, Loan Officers and management in an effective, timely manner
• Collaborate with operations colleagues on various initiatives
• Maintain company service level and turn-time standards

• 3+ years of experience underwriting conventional mortgage loans
• Both purchase and refinance experience highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
