Loading has been mixing games and hospitality since 2010 - offering video games themed cocktails and food menu, and hundreds of board and video games to its customers as a bonus. We work closely with big names in the games industry, and are a go-to space for new title launches, community meet ups, and ice breaking dates.

Can you make any cocktail after just glancing at the specs? Can you make your own to the brief? Do you know your spirits and can you substitute almost any ingredient? And do you love games? Are you empathetic, hardworking, and tidy? Then come on in, you're hired, we just need to meet you first!

You will be treating our guests to Loading famous video games themed cocktails, as well as practising your classic skills on demand. You will be responsible for stock management, keeping the bar up to the standards, contributing to the menu rotation, and training the rest of the team.

What we are looking for:

• Confidence and understanding of different customers’ needs

• Experience in successful small team management

• Ability to maintain standards and attention to detail

• Self-motivation and resourcefulness

Key duties: 

• Helping manage all aspects of the bar 

• Running of busy shifts - being able to lead the team

• Customer communication/troubleshooting

• Helping staff development with training and guidance

• Swift communication, flagging any issues

• At least 2 years in Front of House position
• Cocktail training
• Barista training is a bonus

What we offer:

• Permanent full time contract - Five days over seven

• Starting salary £26,000-£29,000 pa plus bonuses with no caps
