The LINUX System Administrator is responsible for the operation, maintenance of the high availability server/database platforms.

Supports daily operations including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, capacity management, provisioning, hardware and software configuration, patching, upgrades and performance monitoring/tuning

Composes clear and concise system documentation and reports

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Minimum eight years of system administration experiences in Red Hat LINUX

Expert knowledge with LINUX (Redhat) administration, knowledge of Ubuntu 

Experience with supporting Oracle SQL database including Oracle RAC cluster implementation

Ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and execute parallel tasks in a high-pressure environment 

Experience with cyber security, server hardening and DMZ deployment a huge plus

Strong writing and communication skills 

Must be able to perform duties with minimum supervision, and participate in cross-functional projects as scheduled
