Operations and Training Manager
Job Description
Our Clients are looking for an experienced Operations and Training Manager. This is quite an unusual position in that you will be joining an independent but fast growing company in this role that is a new one.
You must have experience with working with external teams in an operational role Preferably with small teams being sent to many and various companies.

Expert Administrator
Be very Adaptable
Be able to demonstrate past Management Experience
Persuasive and target driven .
The company are looking for an operations Manager that has had experience with sending out small teams of workers to Clients premises making sure they are fully trained.
Help to evolve training and operational processes
Enhance and maintain efficiency of day to day office operations
Supervise the training programme for operatives
Ensure smooth delivery of service to our high end customers
Qualifications and experience required for this role:-
A good few years experience with external teams in operational role
As this is working within the service industry similar experience is required
Very good administration experience
Experienced with organising and checking training
