Job Description
Who you are:
We are seeking an individual who possesses a passion for both systems and data, and thrives on building strong client relationships. As a part of this role, you will be engaged in pivotal tasks encompassing HCM selection and implementation, as well as compensation and survey analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- HCM Selection and Implementation: Support the identification, evaluation, and recommendation of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that align with client needs. Assist with project management including documentation and timeline, communicating and scheduling with providers, customization, data migration, system testing and parallel testing on full scale global, enterprise HCM implementation and integration with additional tools.
- Compensation Analysis: Consult with clients on Total Rewards solutions, including advanced data analysis and compensation analysis skillsets using Excel and other data visualization tools (eg Tableau). Utilize your analytical acumen to dissect compensation structures, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. Employ data-driven methodologies to provide valuable insights that aid clients in building their Total Rewards strategy and making informed compensation decisions.
- Survey Analytics: Leverage your expertise in data analysis to interpret survey results, extracting meaningful conclusions that guide clients towards data-backed strategies for improvement. Support data/analytics team with survey creation, deployment, and troubleshooting. Create pivot tables and reports in excel and build impact case studies and people strategy dashboards. Conduct analysis of survey results to identify key themes and supporting data. Collaborate with delivery team on data storytelling for compelling executive summaries that will inform decision making and recommendations. Align client strategic goals to talent strategy and solutions through data
- Client Collaboration: Build positive and lasting client relationships by actively engaging with them to offer expert guidance and support, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications
We’d love it if you:
- Want to make a difference in the lives of humans at work

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; at least 3 years progressive and related experience in HCM and people analytics
- Have Enterprise, SMB, and global HCM/HRIS and people analytics experience
- Have proven experience in HCM system selection and implementation, as well as compensation analysis.
- Have proficiency in data analysis and a demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Have experience with tools similar to Workday, Tableau, Payfactors, Pave, Squirrel, ERI, UKG, Lattice, etc.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Have strong project management capabilities to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Have a client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering solutions that drive client success.
- Have the ability to review data to draw conclusions (employees over range, under range, pay inequity) that inform innovative talent practices
- Have familiarity with job architecture, workforce planning, headcount forecasting, turnover analysis, etc.
- Strive to build genuine relationships, maintain a strong rapport, and connect with all clients, team members, partners, vendors–people in general
- Experience working with market surveys, job matching, compensation data display tools, and equity analysis and salary planning workbooks
- Proven project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Are Tech savvy (a MUST)
- Are A good human who cares about humans
