Job Description
Who you are:
A positive, self-starter who has a particular attention to detail, is keen on multitasking, and likes to keep things clean and orderly in the office. You are organized with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task without overlooking the details. You are reliable, responsible, available, and present. You are proactive and always looking for ways to do something better. You are self-motivated and eager to launch or relaunch a career in sales.
A day in the life of the Coordinator, Growth and Shared Services could consist of:
- Communicating via email with prospective clients and partners
- Maintaining accurate contact records in HubSpot
- Scheduling prospect and client meetings with our growth team
- Providing support, organization, and assistance to growth team, shared services team, CEO and COO
- Drafting and reviewing product and solution proposals for prospective clients and tracking progress in HubSpot
- Supporting event planning and coordination for LHR hosted, sponsored, and attended events including travel, storage, shipping, and setup and breakdown as applicable
- Create onboarding kits for new team members and maintain “go bag” for off-site events and client meetings
- Office management such as inventory management, stocking, and organizing supplies, swag, and promotional products
- Ensuring office space is clean, tidy, and facilitates a productive work environment for team members, clients, and partners
- Occasional errands related to events, new team member onboarding, and growth team and shared services initiatives
- Booking meeting spaces and conference rooms
- Strive to build genuine relationships, maintain a strong rapport, and connect with all clients, team members, partners, vendors–people in general
- Having a desire to learn and grow
Qualifications

- Thrive working in a results-oriented and collaborative team setting while being extremely hands-on and agile
- Offer excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships
- Have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and/or Seamless for contact and CRM management and prospecting and reporting
- Demonstrate the ability to gather and submit detailed business information for scoping, pricing, and presentation of solutions for identified prospects’ business problems and desires
- Possess a bachelor's degree (preferred), business, or related field
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience (including internships) in outbound B2B sales environment with preference for a corporate, freelance, or agency setting
- Have completed a corporate management program or rotational internship
- Enjoy thinking strategically to align perspectives, voices, and opinions
- Are well-organized and able to meet deadlines
- Are a good human who cares about all humans
- Possess attention to detail with high degree of customer service commitment
- Have reliable transportation for completing work responsibilities
