livingHR is searching for a Director of People & Culture for one of our Healthcare clients located in the Tampa Bay Area. 

Job Description

  • Actively support and implement a broad range of people and culture strategies and solutions that align with company’s culture, vision and strategic talent plans.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure people solutions focus on delivering results and outcomes to continually improve efficiency of the department and organization, with a focus on improving the employee experience.
  • Oversee talent acquisition to ensure the talent acquisition strategy is implemented effectively to meet the needs of the business and creates an excellent candidate experience.
  • Build positive relationships with operations and team members with proactive connection and communication.
  • Develop and implement tools and programs to create an impactful employee experience aligned with the company culture in areas such as onboarding, training, coaching, development, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Assist operations with development plans for teams and employees in collaboration with talent development.
  • Communicate tools and resources that emphasize company culture and support change management.
  • Ensure all employee matters are handled with consistency and fairness without discrimination.
  • Manage internal employee communication and engagement through feedback programs, surveys, and one on one meetings.
  • Manage and provide support in employee relations counseling, investigations, performance improvement plans, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
  • Provide coaching support and guidance to managers on employee experience, performance and employee relations matters.
  • Partner with external HR partners to develop and implement culture-forward strategies.

Qualifications

  • Offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field
  • Experience working with records management tools and human capital management systems
  • Experience supporting multi-location organizations; healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Ability to coach and mentor and work within a team environment
  • Excellent project management skills with the proven ability to drive ideas into action
  • Enjoy thinking strategically to align perspectives, voices, and opinions
  • Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
