What’s the role?

This entry level position reporting into the Head of Product and working directly alongside Senior Product Managers is an opportunity to kick start your career on a pathway towards becoming a Product Manager. As an important member of the Product team, you will have an impact on the evolution of our suite of products from day one as you tackle our support operations by providing feedback and insights into how we might improve the experience of our clients and users.

What will you look after?

  • Contributing to our Product Roadmap – Leverage the insights garnered from managing our client and audience inquiries to help us prioritise and re-prioritise our focus.
  • Product Development – Facilitate communication between product design and development teams to coordinate and implement the delivery of product fixes, enhancements, and features.
  • Product Resources – assist in the creation and maintenance of resources to support the delivery of our services to be used internally and externally.
  • Manage support operations – assist in the receipt and action of internal and external support queries, contributing these insights to inform the product roadmap.
  • Onboarding – assist with the client onboard process ensuring all required integration elements are identified, managed, and delivered successfully.
  • Project Management – contribution to, and or management of, product related projects as directed and required.
  • Data Integrity - working with our product team you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our site data.
