Job Description

In tandem with the Sales & Marketing Team, you’ll be responsible of working closely with our key customers at Livescale. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Acting as the primary contact, you manage a portfolio of key customers and allocate appropriate time and resources to ensure value is being delivered
  • Onboarding, training and supporting Livescale's customers on their use of the product, to make them successful and increase retention 
  • Learning existing and upcoming features of the Livescale solution to become a go-to product expert in front of the customers, and train them when needed
  • Develop and deliver “Customer success stories” for key customers to be used as part of Livescale’s marketing strategies
  • Provide the internal team and external clients stakeholders with important data, analytics, and key performance indicators

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or other related field of study
  • Min. 2 years of experience in digital industries, working with and supporting customers in a startup environment
  • Problem solver, with a “Customer First” focus
  • Collaborative work style and experience managing multiple deadlines.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Passion for innovative technologies, you’ve inspired clients to try new things, and succeeded. 
  • Native English, French as a secondary language is preferred.
