The Sales development representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities across Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects and will be responsible for all stages of the sales process.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Search, identify, prospect and generate new opportunities via cold calling, email, phone, and social media
- Build a pipeline of targeted opportunities, provide them with information about how Livescale can drive the ROI for their business
- Manage sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, product demo, follow-ups, qualified calls, negotiation and closing
- Re-activate previous sales opportunities
- Participate in ongoing sales training and meetings
- Schedule a set number of qualified meetings to ensure the success of your team’s quota
Qualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or other related field of study
- Prior sales development, or client-facing experience a plus
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient with a strong desire to learn about sales processes and best practices
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and to rebuttal objections and demonstrate value
- Previous experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office products
- Passionate about innovation, experiential commerce and all the new trends that transform the retail industry
- A go-getter, with a "can do" attitude
- Native English, French as a secondary language is preferred.
