Job Description

Your key responsibilities: 

  • HubSpot-Driven Performance Marketing: Work closely with the CX team to bring our community vision to life using data insights from Google Analytics and HubSpot. Leverage your HubSpot expertise to boost engagement and acquisition  by setting up streamlined data workflows

 

  • Efficient Data Management and Lead Conversion: Utilize your HubSpot expertise to establish clean data workflows. This ensures data accuracy and supports smooth transitions from MQLs to SQLs, streamlining the conversion process. Continuously analyze trends through Google Analytics and HubSpot to adjust content strategies while maintaining SEO goals and brand alignment.

 

  • Campaign Success Analysis: Gauge the effectiveness of brand awareness campaigns. Use the insights gained to fine-tune strategies for better performance.

 

  • Collaborative Community Approach: Collaborate with our in-house community managers to craft captivating social media and website content. 

Qualifications

  • Must be located in the Montreal Area

  • 2-3 years experience creating content in the B2B space – including authoring, editing, and revising content to adhere to prescribed brand guidelines

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience, in marketing, journalism, communications, or other related field

  • Excellent project management skills.Understanding of the role content plays in the buyer’s journey

  • Worked with technologies like Hubspot Marketing, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Tools

  • Experience leveraging SEO best practices

  • Goal-oriented and metrics-driven Collaborative and able to prioritize requests across multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable writing for different audiences, pain points, and stages of the funnel

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the martech B2B SaaS space
  • Knowledge in video and livestream production 
  • Experience in leveraging Generative AI
