Job Description

You’re based in Canada, and you want to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a highly motivated and committed team? Join our  team!

We are looking for a creative, brand-obsessed Inside Sales Representative to grow as we do, and to expertly guide prospects in choosing Livescale to bring Live Shopping to their customers.  

You’ll be working with our amazing sales team, in tandem with our marketing team, to grow Livescale’s client base on a global scale. Sound like fun? Here’s what you can expect: 

  • You'll generate new leads and business opportunities, and you’ll enjoy pitching and finding creative solutions to close Premium-level accounts.  

  • You qualify inbound leads by diving deep into the prospect’s business requirements to ensure alignment with Livescale's offering

  • You'll coordinate discovery calls, and use solution selling to articulate Livescale's value proposition and generate interest and engagement.  

  • You'll act as a subject matter expert to nurture and develop future sales opportunities with prospective buyers and influencers.

  • You collaborate with marketing, sales and solutions engineers when appropriate, to support go-to-market strategies. 

  • You'll be reliable and communicative, providing relevant customer feedback to relevant teams.  

  • You'll have an in-depth understanding of your company’s products, frequently researching competitors and staying up to speed with industry developments. 

  • You’re passionate about new retail, brand innovation, experiential commerce and all the new trends that transform the e-Commerce and Retail industries. 

  • You’re a confident, proficient and professional sales representative.   

  • You’re a team player and find deep value in working collaboratively. 

Qualifications

Beyond just a strong resume, we’re seeking out the right personality to help our team take Livescale to the next level. Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  • Minimum 2 to 4+ years of professional experience selling software or services to clients on a national and international scale.  

  • Experience in the retail and e-commerce industries (preferred) 

  • 1 to 2+ year of successful quota achievement or over achievement 

  • Can demonstrate a strong track record of net new client’s acquisition. 

  • Autonomous, entrepreneurship and result driven mindset. 

  • A passionate pioneer of innovative technologies, you’ve inspired clients to try new things, and succeeded. 

  • Experience using CRM Tools  (Hubspot preferred) 

  • Native English, French as a secondary language is preferred.   

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada by the start of their employment.
