Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance tasks including resident work orders (appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gates, pools), preventative maintenance, and after‑hours emergency response.
- Prepare vacant units for move‑in and maintain all amenity areas, equipment, and community spaces in clean, safe working condition.
- Provide professional resident support through clear communication, timely issue resolution, clean uniform standards, and assistance with resident events.
- Maintain organization and records by keeping the shop orderly, managing inventory, and accurately logging service requests and updates.
- Support team operations by assisting the Maintenance Manager, monitoring contractor performance, and following all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Demonstrate maintenance experience with 1–3 years in general or apartment maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and basic budgeting or business finance understanding.
- Meet certification and licensing standards including a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and EPA refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) within 90 days.
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs, climbing 40‑ft ladders, and using hand tools, test equipment, and hand trucks.
- Handle heavy equipment movement including transporting appliances (75–300+ lbs), laundry machines (120–300 lbs), and building materials (up to 300+ lbs), often up stairs or across the property.
- Complete specialized maintenance tasks involving repairs or upgrades to structures, resident units, and amenity equipment (exercise machines, grills, golf carts, gates), often requiring ladder work and lifting.

- Expected pay range of $22.00/hour-$24.00/hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job
