Opis posla

We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This presents a strategic role in our company, that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Main tasks and responsibilities related to this role are:

  • Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and define product vision and roadmap;
  • Translating client needs and business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear and actionable guidance for the development team;
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, regularly refining and adjusting priorities based on client feedback, market trends, and business goals;
  • Working closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features with high quality;
  • Conducting regular sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, fostering a collaborative and Agile development environment;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Monitoring and analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and guide future iterations.

Kvalifikacije

Experience and skills that make you a great fit for this position are…

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment;
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile development teams;
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps).
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, enabling effective communication with development teams;
  • Strong spoken and written English skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality products;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and drive projects to successful completion;
  • Being a team player, customer and goal oriented, and self-sufficient;
  • Bonus points:
    • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or a related discipline);
    • Certificates in the field of Agile Product Management (e.g., CSPO, APM).
