We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us drive predictable and exponential YoY revenue growth.
You understand and know the value of every paid marketing lead generated and the importance of converting those leads to maximize the return on marketing spend.
You know how to mix and match paid programs across both physical and digital channels, and have the insight and experience needed to identify, target and bring the perfect buyer into our universe.
This role is all about maximizing return on marketing spend – we want people who choose to engage with the Litmus brand using paid channels to know we truly care and want to help them achieve their digital transformation goals.
As Demand Generation Manager, you will have the freedom and flexibility to own and develop the paid channel into a high performing revenue generation engine.
Success in this role will be realized by investing in high-quality paid programs that target the perfect buyer – in doing so they will trust that Litmus has a deep understanding of their business and the unique challenges they face – as a result you will be able to increase our overall paid monthly lead conversion numbers.
Design, build and execute the Litmus outbound lead marketing strategy, workflow and process
Create high-value outbound programs that generate high-quality marketing leads
Build trust and awareness in the Litmus brand to drive higher lead conversions that result in qualified sales opportunities
Develop high value and targeted programs that resonate and speak to our various buyer personas
Use data and KPIs to understand channel effectiveness and to continuously improve conversion rates
Build consistent and repeatable outbound programs that will allow us to scale and grow this channel
Be diligent in keeping our CRM data accurate, up-to-date and compliant with GDPR and other privacy regulations
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
5+ years' experience in high-growth marketing, preferably with a SaaS company
Strong lead generation and conversion background with samples of successful campaigns
Proficient in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, SEM Rush, and Marketing CRM (Marketo, Pardot, etc)
Outstanding written communication and relationship-building abilities
Positive and open-minded with excellent leadership, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Team player aligned with organizational objectives while working as an individual contributor
Solid project management skills including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact marketing activities and keep complex projects moving forward
