Job Description

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us drive predictable and exponential YoY revenue growth.  

You understand and know the value of every single marketing lead generated. You know how to analyze leads, create buyer personas, craft value-based messaging and build nurturing programs that foster deep and meaningful relationships.  

This role is all about creating and offering value – we want people who choose to enter our universe via the inbound channel to know we truly care and want to help them achieve their digital transformation goals. 

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will have the freedom and flexibility to own and develop our inbound lead channel into a high performing revenue generation engine. 

Success in this role will be realized by providing the right content to the right people at the right time – in doing so they will trust that Litmus has a deep understanding of their business and the unique challenges they face – as a result you will improve our overall inbound lead conversion numbers and build a repeatable and sustainable lead funnel. 

Responsibilities  

  • Design, build and execute the Litmus inbound marketing strategy, workflow and process  

  • Create high value nurturing programs that engage and convert inbound marketing leads 

  • Build trust and awareness in the Litmus brand to drive higher lead conversions that result in qualified sales opportunities 

  • Develop high value and targeted programs that resonate and speak to our various buyer personas  

  • Use data and KPIs to understand channel effectiveness and to continuously improve conversion rates 

  • Build consistent and repeatable outbound programs that will allow us to scale and grow this channel 

  • Be diligent in keeping our CRM data accurate, up-to-date and compliant with GDPR and other privacy regulations  

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 

  • 5+ years' experience in high-growth marketing, preferably with a SaaS company 

  • Strong lead generation and conversion background with samples of successful campaigns  

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, SEM Rush, and Marketing CRM (Marketo, Pardot, etc) 

  • Outstanding written communication and relationship-building abilities 

  • Positive and open-minded with excellent leadership, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills 

  • Team player aligned with organizational objectives while working as an individual contributor 

  • Solid project management skills including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact marketing activities and keep complex projects moving forward
